Wayfinder Coaching is a gentle 12-week journey that helps you reconnect with who you are, rebuild your inner steadiness, and learn how to choose yourself again, without pressure, guilt, or overwhelm.

What Is a Wayfinder?

A Wayfinder is a deeply intuitive person who has the courage to navigate through confusion, overwhelm, and life’s crossroads, and who is ready to choose themselves again.
It’s someone who refuses to stay disconnected, who seeks clarity, calm, and a more soul-led way of living.

The 12-Week Wayfinder Journey

Week 1 – Grounding Into The Journey

Begin reconnecting with yourself through grounding, intention setting, and gentle nervous system practices. Establish safety, steadiness, and a soft landing for the work ahead

Week 2 – Meditation Foundations

Learn simple, accessible meditation that helps you build presence and inner stillness. Explore posture, breath, and awareness without pressure or perfectionism.

Week 3 – Breathwork Basics

Discover practical breathing techniques to regulate your energy and emotions. Build a short daily rhythm that supports calm, clarity, and nervous system balance.

Week 4 – Everyday Mindfulness

Bring awareness into daily life. Learn small, grounding practices to notice thoughts, honour emotions, and slow down your internal pace.

Week 5 – Nourishing Daily Rituals

Identify habits that drain you and create rituals that restore you. Build supportive routines that help you choose yourself consistently, not just in emergencies.

Week 6 – Emotional Release with EFT

Use Emotional Freedom Technique (tapping) to gently release stress, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm. Learn tools that support emotional steadiness in real life.

Week 7 – Reiki & Reiki Drumming

Experience deep energetic support with guided Reiki and drumming. Clear stagnant energy, soften tension, and open space for clarity, intuition, and inner guidance.

Week 8 – Yogic Wisdom for Modern Life

Explore simple yogic principles that support calm, compassion, and inner alignment. Learn how ancient wisdom can help you reconnect with who you truly are.

Week 9 – Somatic Movement & Body Awareness

Use gentle movement to release stored tension and reconnect with your body’s wisdom. Rebuild trust with your physical self and soften long-held patterns.

Week 10 – Inner Child Reconnection

Meet and nurture the parts of you that feel unseen or forgotten. Bring compassion to old wounds and rediscover joy, tenderness, and emotional truth.

Week 11 – Conscious Connected Breathwork(or Crystal Healing)

A powerful guided breathwork session to access deeper layers of emotion and clarity. Release what no longer belongs and create space for renewal.
If conscious connected breathwork isn’t suitable for you, you can choose a gentle, restorative crystal healing session instead.

Week 12 – Integration & Next Steps

Reflect on your journey, map your ongoing support, and anchor new practices into everyday life. Leave with clarity, confidence, and the tools to keep choosing yourself.
