My path into this work didn’t begin in a classroom. It began with a quiet, persistent longing to feel whole again. It started in simple moments, sitting outdoors, feet on the earth, breath softening, stillness settling. I wasn’t just learning to pause…I was remembering who I was.

That remembrance became the root of Alviva.

I’ve come to understand that true healing happens when the mind, body, spirit, and energy are in harmony.

Through personal practice and professional training, I’ve woven together tools that became more than techniques, they became transformation.
