Running a spiritual business is beautiful, chaotic, heart-led, and occasionally powered by caffeine, stubbornness, and blind faith in the Universe. I run Alviva Soul on my own, which means I’ve had to build systems that keep things flowing without burning myself out.
These eight tools are the backbone of my daily workflow. They save me time, reduce overwhelm, and help me show up consistently while still staying aligned with my energy.
If you’re a spiritual entrepreneur, creator, healer, or coach trying to build a sustainable business without losing your sanity, these tools might just change everything.
Let’s dive in.
1. Repurpose.io — The Automation Tool That Saves Me Hours Every Week
Repurpose.io is my absolute ride-or-die automation tool. It takes my videos and automatically reposts them everywhere, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, without me having to manually upload anything.
When you’re a one-woman business, automation is not a luxury. It’s survival.
Why I use it:
Saves hours every week
Publishes across multiple platforms automatically
Helps me stay consistent
Boosts visibility without extra effort
Try Repurpose.io here
2. Keysearch — My SEO Brain When My Real Brain Is Doing Acrobatics
Keysearch removes the guesswork from planning content. It tells me what people are searching for, which keywords are worth targeting, and how competitive they are.
I use it for Pinterest keywords, blog planning, product ideas, and overall SEO clarity.
Why I use it:
Clear keyword suggestions
Helps me plan with intention
Essential for growth on Pinterest + blogs
Reduces overwhelm massively
Check out Keysearch here
3. Tailwind — Pinterest Scheduling Without the Stress
I use Tailwind every single day to batch and schedule my Pinterest pins. Pinterest demands consistency, and Tailwind keeps everything running without me manually posting every day like a gremlin with a deadline.
My affiliate application for Tailwind is still in review, but I use it so frequently that it absolutely belongs on this list. Once approved, I’ll add the link.
Why I use it:
Smart scheduling
Upload to multiple boards
Time-saving batching
Helps keep Pinterest happy
Perfect for creators and spiritual entrepreneurs

4. BigVu — My Teleprompter for Filming Without Meltdowns
BigVu makes filming videos 10 times easier. If your brain blanks mid-sentence or you get anxious on camera, BigVu’s teleprompter + automatic captions are game-changing.
It gives me structure without crushing my personality.
Why I use it:
Teleprompter for scripts
Auto-generated captions
Helps with confidence on camera
Speeds up filming massively

5. Canva — My Entire Creative Studio in One Place
Every pin, blog graphic, workbook, thumbnail, and product layout starts in Canva. It’s intuitive, beautiful, and honestly one of the easiest design tools on Earth.
You don’t need to be a designer. Canva makes everything look polished with minimal effort.
Why I use it:
Easy templates
Perfect for Pinterest pins
Complete branding toolkit
My go-to for all visual content

6. Beacons — My Social Media Control Centre
Beacons is one of the most underrated creator tools out there, especially because even on the free plan, it gives you live analytics of your social media accounts. Sell digital products, create memberships and chat to your social media!
You can see:
what content is performing
what’s growing
what’s flatlining
what your audience responds to
what your traffic sources look like
AND… Beacons comes with its own AI assistant. You can literally chat with it, and it will analyse your content and give you ideas moving forward.
Plus, it’s a gorgeous link-in-bio tool.
Why I use it:
Live analytics for my social accounts
AI insights based on real performance
Clean, visual link-in-bio page
Helps me understand my audience deeply

7. Stan Store — A Beginner-Friendly Way to Sell Digital Products + Services
Stan Store is great if you want a fast, simple setup for selling digital products, workshops, coaching, or services. It gives you a clean storefront, takes payments easily, and is incredibly beginner-friendly. You don’t need any tech experience — it just works straight out of the box.
Stan also offers some powerful features like:
appointments
email flows
auto-DMs for Instagram
upsells
funnels
Refy (their referral tool)
BUT, these are only available on the Premium $99/month plan, which is a big step up if you’re early in your business.
On the standard plan, you get the core storefront, which works beautifully, but it doesn’t integrate with other tools and doesn’t automate much.
Why I use it (for now):
Beautiful, simple storefront
Easy to set up and manage
Perfect for beginners
Works well if you don’t need automation
(I’ll eventually be switching to Beacons because the analytics + pricing + features are a better fit for where my business is heading.)

8. PinClicks — Pinterest Keyword Research From a Tiny, Mighty Team
PinClicks is one of my favourite small-business tools. It isn’t run by a giant corporation, it’s literally a tiny team of fewer than five people who care deeply about helping creators understand Pinterest.
The tool is simple, clean, and incredibly accurate for keyword research. It lets me see what people are ACTUALLY searching for, which terms are trending, and where the opportunities are.
And one thing I really love? You can message them directly. You’re speaking to real humans, often the founders themselves who genuinely want to help.
There’s no affiliate link for PinClicks, but it absolutely belongs on this list because it’s something I use and recommend regardless.
Why I use it:
It’s run by real humans, not a faceless company
Accurate Pinterest keyword research
Simple, intuitive interface
Quick, ADHD-friendly insights
Supports a small, values-aligned business

Final Thoughts: Intuition + Systems = A Sustainable Spiritual Business
Your intuition can guide your work, but your systems help you stay consistent.
These eight tools have given me the support, structure, and clarity I needed to grow Alviva Soul without burning out.
If you’re building your own spiritual or creative business, I hope this list helps you step into more flow, more ease, and more confidence as you grow.

A Note on Using AI Responsibly
I use AI tools in my business to support my creativity, not replace it. As a neurodivergent solo entrepreneur juggling work, clients, family, and actual life, AI helps me stay organised and reduces the overwhelm. I still write my own content, use my own voice, and lead with my own intuition, AI simply supports the structure around that. It’s a tool, not a takeover, and like everything in a spiritual business, I use it intentionally and responsibly.
