What Happens in a Crystal Healing Session (And Why This One Is Different)

I’ve been talking a lot about crystals recently.
What they do, how to use them, which ones to choose…
But I realised I haven’t really explained what I actually do with people.
And it’s not quite what most people expect.
So… what is this session?
It’s a 1:1 space where we slow things down and look at what’s really going on for you.
Not just on the surface but underneath it
The emotions, the patterns and the energy behind it.
Because most of the time, when something feels “off”
it’s not just one thing
Why I created this Wayfinder Clarity Session.
I love traditional crystal healing sessions.
The kind where you lie down, crystals are placed on your body, and your nervous system gets a chance to soften and settle.
There’s something really powerful in that kind of space.
But over time, I noticed something.
People would feel the shift…but sometimes struggle to put words to what had actually come up for them.
Or understand why certain emotions or patterns were there in the first place.
And because of that, it could feel hard to carry that awareness forward into everyday life.
So I started combining that energy work with something more reflective.
Bringing in coaching and chakra-based insight alongside the crystals.
Not to replace that experience but to deepen it.
So instead of just feeling the shift, you can understand, it work with it, and continue moving forward with it.
This is where something else started to form
Not just a session…but a way of working.
A way of helping people navigate those moments where everything feels a bit unclear.
Where there’s emotion, confusion, maybe even a bit of internal chaos.
But also a quiet sense that something needs to shift. That’s where this session sits
The way I work (the three layers)
When I work with someone, I’m not just using crystals.
There are three things happening at the same time:
Crystals: to support the energy and emotional release
Coaching: to gently explore what you’re feeling and why it keeps showing up
Chakras: to understand where this is sitting in your system
That combination is what creates the shift.
Because it’s not just felt…it’s understood

What actually happens in the session
Before we even meet, you’ll do a short reflection.
Nothing intense. Just a way of checking in with yourself so you’re not coming in cold.
When we get on the call, we start by grounding.
Then we look at what’s coming up for you.
We don’t try to fix it straight away. We get curious about it.
We explore:
what you’re feeling
when it shows up
where it sits in your body
And then we start to connect that to your energy and chakra system.
That’s usually where things start to click.
And then comes the part I love most!
After the session, I don’t just send you away with “things to think about”.
I take what’s come up and work with it.
Within 48 hours, I create a personalised two-crystal prescription for you.
One crystal to support what you’re releasing
One to support what you’re moving towards
It’s simple, but it’s very intentional.
And it gives you something to actually work with, not just reflect on.
Who this tends to help most
Usually it’s people who feel like:
“I know something’s off… I just can’t quite put my finger on it”
Or:
“I keep going round the same emotional loop”
Or even:
“I just feel a bit… disconnected from myself”
And often…
they already know, deep down, that something needs to change
They just haven’t had the space to explore it properly yet
This is where the word Wayfinder started to make sense to me
A Wayfinder isn’t someone who has everything figured out.
It’s someone who is willing to move through the uncertainty anyway.
Someone who can sit with the questions instead of rushing past them.
Someone who is starting to trust their own inner direction, even if it’s quiet.
That’s the energy behind this work
Not fixing. Not forcing
But gently finding your way forward
I don’t have it all figured out either.
Even now.
But I’ve learned to sit with the questions instead of rushing to answer them.
To listen a little more closely. To trust my own inner direction, even when it’s quiet.
And to keep moving forward, even when it doesn’t feel clear yet.
That’s what Wayfinding feels like to me.
Not certainty. Just a willingness to stay with yourself and find your way through it.
What this isn’t
It’s not about forcing a breakthrough.
It’s not about pretending everything is fine.
And it’s definitely not about “just thinking positive”
It’s slower than that and a bit more honest
Why it works
Because when you actually understand what you’re feeling, and where it’s coming from,
things start to shift naturally.
Not because you pushed them, but because you finally saw them properly
If you’re curious
I do offer these as 1:1 sessions. Explore sessions here
But even if you’re just reading this to understand the process, that’s completely fine too.
Sometimes just having language for what’s happening is enough to start with.
