A 2-hour holistic coaching session to clear blocks, realign your energy, and move forward with clarity.
If you’re feeling stuck, disconnected, or standing at a crossroads, this focused session offers a calm space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with what matters most.
Together, we’ll:
• Use the Wheel of Life to uncover key areas for growth
• Explore what’s holding you back—and what’s quietly calling you forward
• Integrate a personalised practice (breathwork, energy work, or meditation)
• Co-create a simple, aligned action plan to take with you
Includes:
• 2-hour 1:1 coaching session (online via Zoom or in person at Soulspace)
• 1 week of message support via your private coaching portal
You’ll leave feeling clear, centred, and empowered—with practical tools to guide your next steps.
