Place your palm on your chest. Close your eyes and take three slow breaths. As you inhale, imagine calm filling your body. As you exhale, let go of what feels heavy. This tiny act of self-soothing tells your nervous system: I am safe.

Candle Ritual
Light a candle with intention. As the flame burns, let it represent your own inner light: steady, warm, and unshakable. You don’t need an altar or ritual tools. Just you, a flame, and a few moments of stillness to reconnect with yourself.
